Al Bashra Chinook Flares

After using the Chinook for about an hour on Al Basrah the flares stopped working even though they showed 60 loaded. The bug used to just give the sound of empty flares but the flares would still work, and the number would drop from 60 to confirm that. This had 60 flares and they stuck at 60.
