Squad speech doesn't work, what to do?

I can talk in local and i can hear what everyone says in my squad. But i can't talk to anyone in my squad. Any suggestions what might be wrong?

Check your key bindings in PRMumble, make sure it's set up properly.

I have similar problem. hear and talk fine but like you said Spec, I do not get any of the transmission icons showing me who is talking.
I am new to PR (3weeks) and have never seen these icon.

any suggestions?
