The tide has changed. Take sides and prevail in this exciting event by PRTA.

Event Details

- No Sign Up is required. Just show up and play!
- Password will be revealed early in the day of the 31st in the announcement post of realitymod and PRTA's website (just below).

PASSWORD: counter

Victory Conditions

- OPFOR wins if all of the 5 BLUFOR FOBs are destroyed within the time limit of 2 hours or BLUFOR tickets reach zero.
- BLUFOR wins if at least 1 out of the 5 FOBs are preserved for 2 hours or OPFOR tickets reach zero.

Rules

- Artillery and Mortars are not allowed.
- BLUFOR must build a FOB in every yellow zone. They can't be rebuilt once destroyed.

Notes

- COs are assigned for this event and they are to be respected as well as the overall chain of command.
- BLUFOR will have 15/20 minutes head start to organize themselves.
- AAS gamemode and tickets are going to be altered server side to be obsolete. The only objectives are to defend or destroy the FOBs depending of which side you fight for.
- Korengal will run with the assets available in AAS INF mode.
- Xiangshan will run with the assets available in AAS STD mode.

2 years ago there was a Korengal event in the make, but the majority of the organizers either got inactive or got their privileges taken away, good to see that it finally is there although I doubt if it had any relationship with the event that was in the make.

SWEET except the Compund on Korengal in M5 is next to IMPOSSIBLE to get crates into with out a Black hawk.... I was trying the other day and Its not even worth the time.

Check It out before making that spot one of the Only FOB locations you may want to change that yellow blotch on the map O_O

None whatsoever. Both Oskar and Tekno had some periods of inactivity. Their idea was similarly complex to Op. Deliverance (and a very good one) while this one is far more straightforward.

Take it as that portion of land that you have defend. You don't necessarily have to stick around the FOB, that's up for the SL/CO. OPFOR knows where they're located though, it's only up to BLUFOR how they're going to prevent them from destroying every FOB. Although the forbiddance of Mortars and Artillery are there to make the defendant's life easier (as they can rest easy on building defensive emplacements), it doesn't mean that they need to stick to the same place for the whole round.

Thanks I will take a look on that (might take a few days before making that change though, don't have my PC around and I need to check it personally).

All at the same time, hence the 15 mins head start estimate for BLUFOR.

Korengal, probably yes. Xiangshan will be quite fast due to air trans.

It isn't a problem though. As soon as the server is up the Blufor CO and teammates will start working on it.

Really looking forward to the event, a shame that saturday is the worst "playday" for me, i would prefer friay for events but most of them are saturday...always..

OP updated. The likelihood of the round being over with zero tickets is remote now. Ticket ratio is going to be increased for both teams as well as no loss of tickets when flags are capped. Meaning, ignore AAS mode altogether.

Also, the M5 compound changed to M3 in Korengal. Thanks Redamare for reporting it.

On the top right of the PR forums, under the donate button, next to the PRSPY button, just under your name, you'll see a clock, thats PRT, which equals GMT without daysaving, or EST +4
