Why was the BMP-2M ATGM nerfed to 10 seconds between shots? It was already below real-life capabilities before, it should be capable of firing 2 ATGMs at same time...

well the simultaneous stuff would be pretty difficult to implement afaik, like with teh Bradley we can't get the missiles to work like that I think.
but the rate of fire is otherwise in line with the military advisor's knowledge if you aren't using the simultaneous stuff
