Hello I am new here on the forum,I installed PR V1.0 in my BF2 and I've been experiencing problems of lag, when I look to the sides the game slows down, move in the game is slow
i already set all the graphics on low but the game is still slow...These are my settings.
Processor AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.11 Ghz
1 GB Ram
Video card GeForce GT220 1GB DDR3 128 bit
I can run games like Crysis 2, BF 3 I do not understand the cause the lag of PR once i play games heavier than Project Reality
then the problem is my pc?...Has some configuration I can do to reduce the lag??...Thank you.

Re: BF2 PR Lag
crysis 2 and BF3 are multihtreaded games, they will use both cores on your CPU.
BF2 is an old game and only uses one core.
I suggest downloading processlasso, Process Lasso - Automate and optimize process priorities, CPU affinities, power profiles, and more!
Install,
open,
You'll need to
unpark your cores, https://bitsum.com/forum/index.php?topic=1702.0
set PRBF2.exe to gaming mode
The idea is you'll use the first CPU core for windows processes, and the second core just for PRBF2.exe

Re: BF2 PR Lag
I tried separating these processes exactly the way described above, but I think that it actually made the game run about 10 FPS slower. Could have been my imagination though...
