Primary sights to backup sights not working when...

Switching between primary and backup sights using the cycle camera having primary and alternate key binds does not work unless you are pressing both key binds at once.

To recreate bind alternate cycle camera key bind with any open key, run game now that you have 2 binds pressing "c" default cycle camera key will not switch sights. You have to press "c" and the other button you bind at the same time to switch sights.
