On 5/30 I was perma-banned by Punkbuster for an alleged Aimbot violation.
After a nerve wrenching exchange of messages with even-balance support they lifted my ban on 6/03 - a few days later:
"We have confirmed that non-cheat software caused some of the kicks for Violation #50120 in Battlefield 2 starting May 27, 2013. We encourage admins to give players the benefit of the doubt and ignore violation number #50120 for kicks occurring on or after May 27."
Now I still do not know if some what exactly triggered punkbuster to ban me directly after joining a server. They (Evenbalance) do not disclose any technical information due to their corporate policy.
Did anybody beside me (even-balance answer might point that out) have simmilar problems and a clue to the cause? (Malware, Anitvirus, Driver??)
I'm just a bit afraid that I might get banned again when joining with the current version of punkbuster without resolving issues on my pc.

Re: Problems with Punkbuster? Solutions here.
Hi All receiving this error(See below) now since uninstalling PR1.Beta.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and no success.
Also now saying PB A & B not allowed.
This has only started since installing PR1.0 Beta
Can anyone help with this please?
"Punkbuster disallowed program/driver 120101"
Is PnkBstrA explicitly allowed?
C:\Windows\system32\PnkBstrA.exe NO
Is PnkBstrB explicitly allowed?

A kind soul sent me the msvcp70.dll file that I dropped into BF2 file, that was good until I got kicked for msvcr70.dll.
At which point I thought I thought f it I'll reinstall VBF and PR, so now I'm am just running BF as part of the install process and I check in BF2 file and yes both dll's are here.
