Blu-For iron sight kits w/out binoculars

I was playing today and came across what I think should be changed. Blue-For kits that have iron sights like the iron sight alt kit to the regular rifleman or the breacher don't have binoculars. I think that kits that don't have optics should be issued binoculars as a replacement for optics.

Also, please note the big poll thread in the main Feedback forum about binoculars. Vote to share your opinion, and post there, if you want to give feedback on this. I don't mind if you suggest an alternative in that thread, or, if you want to officially suggest it, do it in the suggestions forum.
