Help - Playing as gunner in singleplayer

I wanted to play as gunner in single player before trying to do it in a online game, but the pilot (bot) just flies in straigth line after taking some altitude, even if I'm the squad leader and mark any order.Is possible to play with a bot pilot or I will need someone to play with me?

Aircraft are different in singleplayer than in multiplayer although I don't think this affects the gunner position the way in which the bot flys the aircraft is going to be rather different than the multiplayer experience. I'd suggest trying to find an empty server and playing with a friend/clan member to figure things out.

The bot pathfinding might be different on certain maps, I think ramiel used (0.9 to have decent pathfinding for the apache.

There also used to be training servers run by clans like =Merk= for precisely this thing but I'm not sure whether or not they're still up

Yes you need someone. Go to TEST AIRFIELD servers. I'm sure that you will find someone who will help You. Good luck & Have Fun
