Install Issue, Setup Needs the Next Disk

My issue is that I have not moved the .exe file and I am getting this error.

I purchased BF2 Complete through Origin. Is there anything else I should know about installing this mod? ( I am not very savvy when it comes to installing mods from disc images etc, I am new to PC Gaming, coming from console gaming. I also used Apple's OS predominantly so I have a hard time with Windows at times.)

Figured this one out!!! I was merely viewing the files when I ran the .exe I hadn't mounted it as a disc!!!

See I am a Windows noob. Well I guess not such a noob as I thought to right click the Disk Image.


For anyone else having this issue Right click the .iso file you downloaded and click "Mount As A Virtual Drive" after a couple more no brainer steps it will mount.

Now go over to My Computer and Launch the installer .exe from the CD Drive that is now mounted. Everything should go fine from there.

Any one else who can word this better then I did for someone with limited computer knowledge trying to install this mod, please do!

I have windows 7 and trying to install but receiving same message about inserting the disc. When I right click on the iso file I don't get the option for mount as a virtual drive? Any help?

Use Virtual CloneDrive or other virtual drive software, mount the ISO and install from it. Or burn it to DVD ( Dual Layer DVD ) and install from it, or extract it with WinRar/7Zip or other archive software, and install from extracted folder.
