Amazon has boxed copies for cheaper than Steam, and all you need is the key.

Dunno how the shipping to Israel works though.

I second this. The Russian servers usually have less troublemakers and they also actually play the game better; more strategy involved there.

Not true, all times on VBIOS quite unorganized lonewolfs (many) and on HOG, quite some teamwork and high skill...
