.0.36 Beirut fuzzy colors of grass in the city

Been playing recently for one round Beirut coop std and noticed a weird objects on the streets all over the map. These object are mostly in pitch green and violet color.

Also grass in these colors including blue, black and some more too. Got few screenshots to prove it.

Possibly cause I switched to low, as I read in that thread. Rudd said its not optimized for low details.
