1.8 GHz Performance Rated at: 3.24 GHz

RAM 1,8

Windows XP

Video card GeForce 6100 nForce 405
Video Ram 697mb


And will one more gb of ram help at this point?

Most probably not. You have and old single core cpu, and integrated video card with shared memory. You might be able to play a bit on low settings, but it wont be any fun for you and many problems may arise.

You need a new PC or a serious upgrade.
