soooo apart from bugs of course, some may say yes the game is really really perfect for a battlefield mod, to the degree its really extremely hard to recognize that you are playing a battlefield 2 mod

how ever there are some dreams about PR to make it even more fun, perfect and real.....

my dreams are:
1. adding some more artillery related assets like self-propelled howitzers, large caliber howitzers stationary in bases and transportable by trucks but takes time to deploy, MRLS such as katyushas and others, a class to call in an artillery strike on some high value targets (very effective and useful specially in desert maps)
2. adding even more players to the already alot 100P servers (to actually simulate a full-scale battle) (I know its impossible, its just a dream)
3. adding animals to the game such as (birds, cows, sheep, camels, dogs, tigers and other animals to give even a more good looking stuff to the game and adds more challenge to it specially to pilots who bailed out from their crashing aircrafts in isolated desert or in the jungles) (yup thats impossible too i guess but you get my point :P )
4.adding fixed SAM launchers around bases and more base defence systems

so what do you wish to include in PR but seems to be a crazy and impossible atleast for the battlefield 2

(dont get me wrong these are NOT a suggestions it just me trying to share my wishes with PR community and would like to hear their opinions)

I just want pavements to work properly so I don't have to jump to them, or stutter as I walk from the road onto them. Oh, and no more pits of death like all over Op. Archer where you get stuck and can't leave!

you have very moderate dreams my friend. :)

My dream would be more destroyed statics and destroyed city maps and or destructable statics.

Maybe two versions of each map... one destroyed and one intact.

0.95 performance, realistic bullet ballistics, day/night cycle, dynamic weather, gore, destruction and many other things which I wish would be possible with CryEngine 3.

Hehehehehe, well I understand the limitations of the engine.
If PR were on some limitless wonder-machine I'd like real mud and dirt textures, soldiers would leave bootprints and tyre tracks, branches would snap off and I'd be able to track people like the prey they are. Real rain and snowfall, so these tracks are timed until they disappear. Steering wheel and pedal integration so I could drive it like I stole it. Realistic bird spreads, round-persisting bodies and vehicle wrecks, varying windspeeds... more vehicle spaces and blood spatter/trails. I want to turn infantry in PR into a hunting simulator :D

But I'll just settle for maps that don't cause you to get stuck and pavements you can simply walk on to

The ability to jump over objects without feeling Fat and exhausted after doing so. we can jog for miles ... but when it comes to jumping over a curb, log or small steep hill the whole world goes to hell and we have to take a breather.
