Actually brilliant what you said there. This community has a lot of people with different approaches to PR. Some can play completely milisim-anal and enjoy the game just as much as the casual lololol player. Trying to win is what "should" tie all of us together.

Tactical Gamer was an Excellent Server. Yeah that's right, I said that, go a head and BAN ME from your server now!

Exactly. I don't mind losing, but I play to win, and have fun in doing so 8-)

As infantry I play objective quite offensively and almost nothing else. I always head for the flags/caches unless I'm finding enemy FOBs. And as a pleasant side effect of doing this is usually a very good amount of kills. The lack of people going for objective as infantry frustrates me very often, seeing infantry squads wasted far away from flags on AAS for example. Can't have a good round unless people try to play to win. Atleast a little bit.

In armor/CAS I kill as many people as possible or get my gunner to kill them to make attacking/defending easier for the team (So they have no excuse for not attacking :P ) and also because I'm a killwhore. The actual supporting friendly infantry thing only works within the vehicle's own limits which is why I rarely use an asset for the sole purpose of supporting friendlies.

I don't know.
Sometimes when I am high as kittens, I have no clue what is going on.
But I would say about 2 when I am normal.
About 4 1/2 when I am higher then the space schuttle.

I just hate when you get that little kid w/ that super high pitch voice as your commander...

Usually a 1-2, I dont have a mic- that is why most games I am in- if you look in the chatbox it looks like there is a mad-man in it, raving to himself at a high pace.

I play quite casually and for fun nowadays - with teamwork - but I don't mind focusing and playing extremely competitive if I get a squad leader who demands that from me. Hence why I usually play as medic, following the squad around letting them do the tough parts while I'm just trying to keep them alive.

Where's the competitive but still fucking around option?
I'm always screwing around and take the "WE'RE UNDER ATTACK EVERYONE TAKE COVER!!!..MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!" I always try to make it less serious, come on, Militant attacks aren't that dangerous.

Definitely 2, I appreciate humour whilst playing.

I was SL in =merk= a couple of days ago on Saaremaa. I had a couple of Eastern Europeans, a Frenchman and then 2 Brits. We had plenty of banter in and with other squads which made the round much more fun. We were organised and communicating with other squads really well.
Our squad and another squad were wiped out by a BTR, and for lols we were all coming out with comments whilst waiting to respawn over local mumble. It was hilarious, really funny just crying out to each other "oh my god, Sobieski's lost an eye...". It relaxed the squad a lot, knowing we were having fun whilst appreciating the whole concept of realistic warfare.

I've played in some real serious squads, the experience of the gaming was great. But it was quite boring in downtime...

Serious games require serious gamers. Extremely competitive, but we always have fun while doing it. After all the tourneys Ive played pubbing is boring to me. Thats why I play coop and squad up with some INF dudes that use mumble, and we kick ***. Not that its hard against AI ( while there wtf is wrong with AI in 1.0 ?? ) but I enjoy when things go fubar and unexpected shit happens, so you have to improvise quickly or you're dead. That's the fun part for me. Intense, but fun.
