HUD not displaying comms

Hey,

New guy here. I am not getting any mumble communication tags in my lower left of screen HUD when folks are talking over mumble. I have been playing for 2 weeks now and just figured that was part of the realism. After reading manual I see there should be some.

Not sure this a bug or not. Have I overlooked how to turn this on?
