No Dynamic cloud in kashan

in v1.0 there is no dynamil cloud in the mapImageImage

The cloud was made of up of many, many effect objects. With the new effects from bullet impacts and explosions in v1.0, we needed to delete those clouds because once a certain number of effects are reached, no more are rendered... and thus you would not see explosions, etc... or they would be very short and unpredictable.

^^ WELL SAID ... Though overall Is this thread a Discussion or is it just a general statement? Shouldn't this be moved to the Kashan Map feedback?
