I find a good bit of "persuasion" with another vehicle usually does it. In fact you don't even have to hit them and risk damaging your vehicle, only get very close. Not helpful of course of you’re the other side of the map. Probably needs a nav mesh adjustment. Maybe this should be in the bugs forum ?
