[1.0.36] Chinese Type 86G - Terrain Damage

Description:
Using the Type 86G on Black Gold is a little rough. The most significant enemy for this thing seems to be the terrain. We were using it for about 20 minutes, didn't take any hits or fire from anything and we had grey smoke coming out. Going over even slight bumps in the 86G produces a ton of terrain damage. Tracked vehicles shouldn't take so much damage.

Steps to Reproduce:
Drive over hills or even bumps in the road at a mild speed and you take damage.
