Solved it by deleting ProjectReality My Document Folder, and then restoring profile name. After I connected, it showed Error 3007? Cannot connect to server, so I clicked ok and then logged in again, and it worked.
All Video Settings were restored except Full-Screen is now turned on.
Update: I run PR without Fullscreen and it's still fullscreen.
