Overlay Menue arrow up down inverted

Okay this one takes some explaining. So whenver I am in the overlay game menu, where you hit tab see the map and all that good stuff, the arrow goes down when I move the mouse up and vice versa. That means and the other way around. In every other in game menu the cursor works just fine.

So I tried restarting the computer that did not help. I was gonna try some voodoo, but my girlfriend wouldnt let me have the cat, now I am out of ideas. Anyone?
