Error 1323

I get the error:

1323: Error Verifying profile settings. Please confirm the profile file does not contain ant invalid commands and try again

0001\DemoBookmarks.con

what can i do about it ?

I have done what it says here but doesn't work
I fixed it you just go to my document/project reality/profile
and there you delete DemoBookmarks.con
and it works again
