Memory.DLL Error

Hello everyone,

So I've installed Battlefield 2 from Steam and installed PR. When I launch PR, an error pops up saying 'The program can't start because Memory.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem'. I tried reinstalling but got the same message. I am running on 64 bit Windows 8. I've tried manually updating punkbuster but that still doesn't work.
