When PR is booted, I can't speak on TS. I can hear through TS fine but PR is either preventing input (key/mouse) or causing my mic to be ignored.
BF2vanilla is fine.
Plz halp!
Cheers.

Re: PR conflicting with TeamSpeak 3
PRMumble has an "exclusivity setting, you need to turn that off.
Start PRMumble, either start PR and join an online server, or start it manually from C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 2 Complete Collection\mods\pr\bin\PRMumble\PRMumble.exe or wherever on your system.
in PRMumble->Configure->Settings->Bottom Left, tick the Advanced Tickbox->Audio Input->UNTICK the Exclusive Tickbox.->CLICK APPLY.
You should be go to go.

Re: PR conflicting with TeamSpeak 3
My Exclusive tickbox was already unticked.
I've noticed the problem occurs before I've even hit 'Play' on the PR launcher. Once the launcher is up, I can't talk on TS. If I click off the launcher, it works but once the launcher is back in focus, TS is derp'd.

I don't know about Win8, but in 7 there's a checkbox in the sound device settings thingy about letting programs take control over the device. Is that unchecked?
Also, run TS as admin?

Re: PR conflicting with TeamSpeak 3
Thanks LITOralis.nMd but this hasn't worked.
When I have the PR launcher and TS on screen with TS in focus, my push to talk works. Once I click anywhere on the launcher, push to talk doesn't work.
I've noticed that if I have TS set to 'voice activation' it works fine so it's just keyboard input that is being conflicted it seems. I've tried various TS keys that aren't used by PR or Mumble to no avail.
EDIT: I've realised that if I put the command line "Matrox_is_a_****" in my TS shortcut, all works ok.

I'm having the same issue as you now. I've tried everything I can think of to resolve it (including what has been suggested thus far), and nothing has worked.Smegburt_funkledink wrote:Thanks LITOralis.nMd but this hasn't worked.

What is it about windows 8.1 that is giving PR Mumble issues?

I had no issues with mumble, it was TeamSpeak 3 that wasn't transmitting upon push-to-talk.Spartan10k wrote:I'm having the same issue as you now. I've tried everything I can think of to resolve it (including what has been suggested thus far), and nothing has worked.

I have to run TS3 in administrator mode if I'm to play PR whilst using TS3.

Yup, that solved it for me too. Although I have Win 7, not 8.Smegburt_funkledink wrote:I had no issues with mumble, it was TeamSpeak 3 that wasn't transmitting upon push-to-talk.
