Error 1004

I can't play.
An error message pops up saying 1004: Error connecting to server. (10060).
Anyone know how to fix it?

Are you running XP? Check to see if you need updates. If you hover your mouse over the "Play" button there should be an arrow besides it that drops down a menu that says "check for updates"

no, i have win8. i already have done the updates and still pop up this error when i try to login

Many possible causes to this.
Most of the time it's related to ISP routing, which is out of our hands.

Other times it's due to a router needing a reboot.
Easiest one to check,
reboot your router. Then try to update again.

This problem usually fixes itself, so please try again tomorrow.
