constant north arrow doesnt follow sl markers or sit on the compass really weird had it for 3 days now no idea how to fix

It has been posted before and is also on our internal team bugtracker! Thanks for your report. Hopefully it can be fixed soon. I have this bug myself

edit: I haven't found a fix myself, you need to restart PR it seems.

doesnt go on restart just there permanently :/
