Crash on Creating server and joining a server

Hey everyone, after downloading this mod overnight, I head to my computer to try it out. I start the game.. 30 MINUTES OF MORE DOWNLOADING, YAY. After that's done, I finally get into the game, immediately head to the servers to join. I click a server, anxiety runs through my veins, and what do i find? A god damn crash, no error dump, nothing, just the annoying af message "Project Reality stopped working" Help?



PC Specs:
AMD Athlon x2 II 3.0GHz
Geforce GT 640
4 GB Ram
(keep in mind im able to play arma 2 oa and arma 2 at 30 fps pretty much, and all of my PR settings are on low)

Any help is appreciated

Your wit knows no end. I'll be sure to be at your beck and call, seeing as you're paying me for my time and all. It's not like I or others had anything better to do in the last hour than check the forums for your reply.

Anyway, did you follow the installation guide that is a sticky in this forum?

Do you have Overwolf running when playing PR?
If so, turn it off and the game should work fine because the new Overwolf patch causes such chrashes.


and tbh: be more polite here on the forum and ingame... we do not need players that ***** around like that. All the devs do this in their free time and they are doing an incredibely job! So be patient.
