Does the RPG-7 need improvement?

The RPG received so many nerfs I lost count & i'm not sure why we bother to continue lobbing complaints at the devs when they don't see a problem with a broken RPG which can't hit anything beyond 200M most of the time even after waiting 8 seconds.

Yeah id give it an effective range of 30-50 meters at most in stark contrast to official US army figures for the RPG-7

300 m 22%
400 m 9%
500 m 4%
(that's against a moving target BTW)

Obviously some adjustments would have to be made for the slightly smaller ranges in PR but an accuracy and shortened deviation wait is needed to balance out the slaughtering impunity of Blufor Assets.

My main grief with the RPG is it's wide deviation. It was perfect in 1.0.0, it used to shoot (like LAW does now) right into the point of aim. But a patch or two after the 1.0.0 RPG's deviation was significantly widened. Now it's the least accurate AT weapon and at distances of 200+m it doesn't really matter how you adjusted your sights or how long you've been waiting before the shot, because Mr. RANDOM determines the outcome.

RPG damage against infantry is ridiculous, i died because it many times since 1.0

I think thats going to be improved in the next patch, hopefully deviation will be as well.
