Not really, for Bt it will automatically allocate the bandwidth where it needs to go.

However onces its fully uploaded to the server i will give out the direct download link.

Thanks heaps for your dedication, especially in the face of bigger "mods" such as BF2142. I'll be playing PR for years.

Not to sound like a broken record but, there should be more people seeding. There is no reason for only 1 seed at this point in time.

Like I said before, if you downloaded it please be kind and seed it for people coming in behind you. That means more players will have it and fuller servers.

'Guardian[ wrote:B()b']I had similar issues with azerus - switched to utorrent and followed the directions for port forwarding etc and I get my full bandwidth.
If you think your ISP limits or kills torrent then Gordon's tips are good.
Is it possible to move the 13% i've alreadsy downloaded to utorrent to continue the download?

if you have already downloaded please seed, that way you've got people to play with, but what a lot of good this is going to do, the people who have already downloaded are probably off playing.

Thats exactly why torrent isn't as great as it is made out to be. People either don't know how to seed, or they don't care to.

Someone who has d/led it and has a way to upload it onto a site, please do so, so that some of us can get it quicker.

Lugubrum - size depends on how they calculate it some, some say 1,000,000 - 1 mb but soemtimes it's caclced at 1024. as long as your torrent program checksums it OK then the download will be good.

Seed numbers should bounce around through the day, I for one will leave mine going till I'm ready to play later tonight, - then will bring it back up for the after. As will a lot of others.
Nice, I will also keep the torrent open for a while. Downloading started slow but am getting really fast speeds now.

I'll seed after it's done - although I'm nowhere near finishing - about 15% here. My download speed suddenly quartroopaled though.

Sod this, my waiting time just keeps getting longer and longer...

I won't be downloading this file via torrent, while it should work in theory, for me - it's being a worthless piece of shit. No way am I leaving this to download for 2 days. Happy gaming people...

YoJimbO you'll find the torrent is faster than direct download because most direct download links are maxed out.

you'll also find it will be slow at the start, and make sure your ports are open otherwise itll always be slow.

For those allergic to torrents, here's another direct link. ftp://70.86.97.74/pr_0406_setup.exe

And for those who download the torrent with Azureus, make sure you've got the "auto-speed" option ticked in the options, that seems to speed it up for a lot of people

I opened the ports, heck I even changed the port numbers to what it suggested in the wiki, nevermind...

e-Gor, much appreciated for the direct link :15_cheers

4 hours now, much much better.
