Tank?s ATGM one shot one kill, too powerful

in recently's game play, i found that the ATGM of tanks such as T90's and type98's is much more powerful than the one in v0.98.

I searched the internet and found that the piercing power of the 9K119 is not as big as the APFSDS. However, it takes 3 APFSDS to destroy a tank from the front in PR and only one 9k119 can do the same.



i think it's really a big difference comparing to the reality, so the power of ATGM really needs to be decreased
