Trying to get Dutch clan started, need Help!

Hi my name is Rex, i'm from the netherlands and i would really like to get my own clan started.

although i've tried to start a clan before i found the problem of being unable to recruit enough players. so if there would be any clans out there willing to help me and the community then that would be awesome.

Why do you not consider joining a clan (one of the several dutch PR clans) and get a leadership position soon (if you fit there) ?
