Required Dependency Missing

Haven't played the game since Thanksgiving but today went to load it and received this error
"Required Dependency Missing-Visual C++Redistributable 2012 update 1x64 but its installed.In fact I reinstalled it after receiving the error then received the same error.Windows Home Premium 64 bit.Solutions? :

No idea, but [R-COM]LITOralis.nMd seems very interested in discovering it, so maybe you could throw him a PM (author of this thread: https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f27-pr ... 1-x86.html) and somehow he could use you to narrow down the problem.

Okay,managed to get it up & running thru this process:
1.Uninstall PR:BF2
2.Uninstall both of the "offending"files(i.e.>the C++ x86 & x64 files)thru Control Panel(Programs+Features Uninstall).
3.Re-install PR-BF2
4.Re-install the Visual C++ files(patching PR wouldn't work until I did this)
5.Started the patch process but after v.1.0.31.0_5. patch completed went to the folder of the remaining patches..it was empty!!.So I'll have to re-download the remaining ones again...which is a pain because I'm on satellite & bandwidth is throttled except in the wee hours.But least I got the game back up.

WORKING!! Patched to latest version and running!But the issue still needs attention,devs.
