impossible to launch PR v1.0

I bought BF2 complete edition on origin, so it is already updated to v1.50, I downloaded PR:BF2 v1.0. I instaled it. But when I double-click on the launcher nothing happens... I've tried all compatibility lay outs, I've all deleted and all instalated again several times but it is not worthdoing... has anybody already had the same problem? I've been waiting too long to play PR v1.0 ^^

Did you try to start normal Battlefield 2 (no modification) ? Does that work??

And pls, in the PR Launcher-interface, click "support", then copy to clipboard all the hardware information, and post here.

when you try to open the PRLauncher from your desktop, nothing happens?
Or
when you start the launcher , you click on the Play button, and nothing happens?

Are you using any type of overlay programs, like TS3 overlay, MSI Afterburner overlay, Ovewolf overlay, Raptr overlay, etc? If you are, shut them down completely.

Let's start troubleshooting:
First step is to make sure that vanilla BF2 online multiplayer works correctly.

Next step would be to check to see if your antivirus or firewall is blocking PRLauncher.exe or PRBF2.exe

Those two troubleshooting steps seem to be the obvious possible problems.

If you could post your system specs it would be useful.

I have followed all these steps
Regarding the "How to solve Startup problems with PR1.0 in 5 Steps", the problem is there is no folder named "ProjectReality" in C:/Documents ... and even if I follow these steps it doesn't work either

BF2 online works well, I have been playing BF2 for a long time.
My firewall and my antivirus aren't blocking PRLauncher.exe (I can't even launch PRUpdater.exe!!)
Everything seems ok, but it doesn't work... it's puzzling...

Which .NET Framework do you have installed? PRLauncher requires 4.0 or newer. .NET Framework 4.5.1 is the newest release. Make sure you have at least 4.0 installed.
