Problem With C++ In The New Update

hi guys

I have problem hope u guys can help or fix it with c++ 2012 64bit I recently updated my Amd Vga To 13.12 Wich includes c++ 2012 update 3 and all work fine but when it comes tp play pr it says that I have to install update 1 wich I cant because my vga wont work only for c++ 2012 update 3 so iam stuck now with the old Update for my vga hope u guys can make small hotfix and make pr 1.0 works with c++ 2012 update 3 pls

if it still doesnt work , i had that problem before what i did is i uninstall all the c++ 2012 and then on the iso there is a folder called Dependencies , in there there is a file called vcredist_x64.exe install that one and it should fix it

Maybe the problem is even related to your OS language compared to the installer language... Who knows what Microsoft did there... -.-

its ntmy os iam 100% sure is the the c++ not even in the iso folder i install it the game work fine but the vga wont becuse it works with c++ 2012 update 3
