PR Mumble 1.0.0 shows lists of servers by region, which one shall I pick?

Both on my Vista and my Windows 7, whenever I start mumble I get a list of servers that are sorted by region. There's Europe, Africa, Asia, Amercia etc. with all states inside. From tutorials about mumble 1.0 I see people entering mumble and just pressing connect, they enter their username and their PR server and have their list of members online. That has never happened to me when I try to connect, I can't search a server by writing it down and I don't get the same menu. I hope the screenshot I took from when I press "connect" is visible here cause it may explain my situation better than I do:

Hi, welcome to PR!

Right now we are at PR:BF2 version 1.0 . With this version of PR:BF2, PR Mumble is completely included into the installment. You don't have to do anything.

What you have installed there is the PR Mumble 1.0 beta. The name might be confusing, but what you are using is what we used for old versions of PR(such as PR:BF2 v0.98 ). This no longer works with the current version of the game.

You can remove that program,you will not need it.(PR Mumble 1.0 Beta)

Then you only need to have PR:BF2 v1.0(current version of the mod) installed:
