I had the same problem in the previous version. One or two times switching between backup sight and scope fixed it for me. Not sure if we are talking about the same issue though.

I had this on Qwai when I entered the deployed Chinese LMG in the bunker on the Chinese side of the big bridge (that looks over the river).
The sensitivity went from normal to really high.
On starting another game on a different server it remained like this, and then fixed itself when I took an MG3 on Jabal Skirmish and sighted in then out.
(I just lowered my DPI using the on-the-fly mouse button to compensate thus never restarted PR).

Already got this problem by switching between Backup and Sight as well. Switching again fixed it back.
