[Al Basrah Ins] Iraqi Insurgents can use MG Emplacements at VCP

Map: Al Basrah Insurgency
Players: 60 people
Location: VCP Checkpoint. Buildings were destroyed from a gary bomb truck.
Team: Iraqi Insurgents

Tested with the Unarmed kit, and later with the Insurgent kit.

I'm able to man both the North and South MG Emplacements

I was able to do this in 1.0, can't see why not

You could always do it with all enemy MG emplacements on all other maps aswell. Nothing new.
