Help with 1.1.1.0 (installation & download)

I need help with this probem that I got today while updating PR. any suggetions??

I had that before I think , was running low on RAM and needed to restart then run the updater again

I did restart once and got the same problem, I will try again and see what happens.

I have a problem with the updater - incredibly low download speeds. I have s**t internet anyway (average 200-300KB/s) but getting 20KB/s or less is pathetic even for my terrible internet.

Checked firewall, all permissions are there. Tried restarting the updater and get same thing.

Any suggestions?

Check if you or someone in your family is downloading something or seeding torrents.
Other than that and upgrading your internet connection there's not a lot you can do about it. The reduced speed is because the download server is far away from you. My Downloadspeed was only about 900kb/s instead of the normal 4MB/s.

ok problem solved I updated my Anti virus ( comodo internet security) and all worked fine. I guess the Anti virus firewall was blocking the updater.

The slow download speed is because our servers are getting hammered from the new update. Just have to wait it out I'm afraid.

Interesting to hear Markoxx about Comodo blocking things. Do you have a version number or anything like that?
