Chinese attack Panther lag

Description:
When you enter on the seat of the Chinese attack helicopter (The Chinese Panther version), there is a periodical lag. And it wasn't only me, all the others players that tried to pilot it reported the same issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
Join any server running Khamysyiah on standard layout and enter the chopper as a pilot.

Tested On: CBPR, CIA and PRTA at the alternative layer of Khamysyiah. Versions 1.0 / 1.1 and 1.1.1

I experienced exactly the same thing on the french Panther in Xiangshan, but also on Op. Marlin earlier.
It's very random so it's very hard to reproduce or even to know what causes it. It can come or disappear during one same round.

The FPS litterally gets some ligntning drops each 3 seconds (Fraps tells me it goes to 20 FPS, but it's like a real freez so I suppose it goes to 1 FPS).

The weird thing is that it only happens when standing on the first seat of the Panther. When I get this periodical lag, if I switch to other seats I don't get this lag anymore ...

It is exactly that what happens KaB, but it only happened to me and the others (my clan friends) at Black Gold.
