CO-OP how more bots use helicopter / boots

Hey Guys . My question is where can I set that more bots use helicopters , boots or tanks,
for example in op_barracuda alt. the US has 4 or 6 helicopters and they use only 2. my request how can I make the bots use the other to?

I am not 100% sure that you can...

Lol, I know your pain, since there is only 4 choppers not in use sitting on the carrier. And considering how great the bots are... they barely land.
