So after working on PR for about 4 hours it finally starts and I am able to join servers.
Anyways, Mumble will NOT open automatically as soon as I start the game. The current version of my PR is 1.1.1.0. Mumble's version is 1.0.0, I downloaded it because there was a thread here as well, stating that this would be the latest version (able to connect by itself to the server, correct squad, etc.). I am able to hear everything my Squad says but I am not able to talk to them. Mumble will not connect to any of the servers I have found:

It constantly says that it is trying to connect but it will end up losing connection and retrying.
Does anyone have any idea what the solution might be?

PS: I installed it via Desura and had the errors "1212" and "1311" but fixed them.
