Big fps problem

Hi I have a msi gt60 laptop and even in low settings with AA closed in 1920x1080 I cant get more than 30 fps ? : : : :

Instal drivers.

Go to NVidia control panel > Manage 3D settings > add program > add all BF2.exe and PR.exe you can find
