Is the "Preparing" suppost to ake to long?
I am downloading it via Desura, And it is saying Preparing, It takes way to long. Is it suppost to do that?

No, After the 6 Gigabyte download. I was going to update PR, It was at 42% then I had to shut down and leave the house. Now when I click Project Reality by Desura it says "Preparing" for a LONG time.[R-COM]LITOralis.nMd wrote:6+ gigabyte download. It could take a while.

If you shutdown midway through the installation, you might need to reinstall PR from the start.
Go to Control Panel-Unisntall a Program,->see if ProjectReality is in the list. If so, uninstall it. then reboot. then start Desura and try to reinstall.
If you aborted the instillation before the files for the uninstaller were written, you might need write down the location of the download , then backup the 6GB download to another location, unisntall Desura, then copy the 6GB back to the download temp folder, then try installing PR again.
Or if you can find another option, just get desura to start a fresh PR installation, I can't tell what is happening at 42%, we don't test that thoroughly.
You could try deleting the bf2\mods\pr directory, and see if desura will allow you to reinstall.
