RS86A is my monitor. Still getting this same problem -

You HAVE TO USE 1366x768 (and NOT 786, I messed it up several times, the 6 and 8 , )
and use the 59 Hz REFRESH RATE!

So, WHEN PR/BF2 automatically creates new profile(s) you HAVE to set resolution and refresh rate to 1366 by 768 and 59 Hz ! ! !

You have to edit the "video.con" file then and write "1366x768@60Hz" in the specific line. you find that file in your "ProjectReality" folder in the Documents folder. in there go to "profiles" and "0001", there is the video.con. check where there is a line with xxxxxx@60 Hz and write the "1366x768@60Hz" there (replace it) and save it.

Your TV is a 60Hz refresh rate monitor.
Correct Info.

Fixed it with one simple thing.

Turn off GPU scaling.
