Error 1301: Unable to contact verification server

1301: Unable to contact verification server. Please check your internet connection and try again.

This is what my friend gets when he wants to update his PR.

Either Manual Patch(I sended him the file prbf2_1.1.0.0_to_1.1.1.0_client_patch)
which goes like that :
1. Starting update
2. All files get updated (124/124)
3. Verifying files
4. 1301: Unable to contact verification server. Please check your internet connection and try again.

Or by clicking "PLAY"... same result.

Anyone can help?

Thanks got it fixed! Turned off IPv6 made it working!
