Spawning Bug

When I select a kit, I select a spawnpoint. The spawn timer is done, It takes me back to the kit screen. Is there a way to fix this bug? :

Press "Done" or "Ready" whatever is below the map instead of enter.

This 'not able to spawn' -bug happens to me mainly on insurgents side. Spawn dot is clear white, I press done, nothing happens, I recheck my kit, deselect spawn place, press done, then open map again to select spawn place, press done and I have done this 4-5 times at best before I can spawn.

You have to click "Done" to let the system know you want to spawn (this is to prevent accidental spawning). This should make you spawn, but unfortunately doesn't always work (we can't do anything about that as far as I know). And then you just press "enter" a couple of times, that usually spawns you right in.

Just keep hitting enter frantically and you'll spawn eventually.

My theory is that either the game is trying to swpawn you on spot that's somehow occupied (structures, other players) or it's too busy doing something else so that your spawn requests gets ignored.

I'm noticing the same issue, and yeah, just doing it over again, making sure to use the Done button, works for me. Of course, if I'm trying to spawn on my squad leader and he's too injured (indicated by his green map indicator having a red ring in it), then it sends me back like that without letting me know... just like in BF2, which is kind of an issue. I'm not sure whether it'd spawn me up as soon as my leader heals up or not.
