[Help]Postprocessing on hud

I want to get the postprocessing on a vehicle hud without that black and white sight.

I want to add these parameters to the hud, like you look thru a tv/monitor, but without that FLIR or black/white thing.

ObjectTemplate.postProcess.tvDistortionFreq 0.01
ObjectTemplate.postProcess.tvDistortionRoll 0.05

ObjectTemplate.postProcess.tvInterference 0.05

Anyone an idea to realize that on a vehicle hud?
