PR won't work

So i installed BF2, patched it, installed PR, updated, did everything, tried it out offline and online and it worked great. I came back later in the day, tried to get into a server, double clicked the name, and PR just closed. Can't get into an online game or an offline one, can't even play BF2 anymore. Tried uninstalling PR and reinstalling it, still didn't work. I even uninstalled BF2 as well but to no avail. No idea what happened, it was working like a charm today morning.

Regular BF2 also will not work?
Try updating Punkbuster manually.

Are you running any overlay programs? Overwolf, TS3 overlay, RAPTR, MSI Afterburner, etc? Shut them down.

Did your antivirus/firewall block BF2 and/or PR after you first shutdown BF2/PR? Check both.
