The speed of your internet doesn't have much to do with the stability of connections however :o .

Do you have anti-virus or firewalls running on your end? Perhaps something causes a hickup there. For testing purposes, you could try to disable both anti-virus and firewall and see if that helps anything?

Have you looked at other threads on the forums?

I found this through Google, you might want to see if there are solutions or clues in them:

site:realitymod.com "your connection to the server has been lost" - Google Search

DO you have Comcast as your ISP?
DO you have Comcast Xfinity combo internet/telephone service?
Do you have an Arris brand modem/router?

IDK, you are second person with the Opt Ultra50 plan to have this problem since the New Year, and I'm concerned as I want to upgrade to 50Ultra now myself.

Which modem did you get from Cablevision?

what is the exact model of the netgear router?

wired or wireless connection?
does it happen in vanilla bf2 online multiplayer also?

I don't know the exact model, I would sugguest getting an different router which this one you have to make an Opt. account in order to log into your CP for your router, I'll test normal BF2 and report back

Wireless
