But let's not make this a "boo snipers" thread please.
That sniper either jumped down and was bleeding himself, or he was just lucky enough to be out of view while he slid down the ladder. That could've ended badly for him.

That awesome russian SV-98 sniper is just lucky he triggered the (current v. 1.1.1.0 ) - one-shot kill bug with his pistol, he hit you (borisko) once (and I HIIIGHLY doubt he gave a headshot, he probably was not THAT lucky! 
), so the one shot, wherever it hit you instantly killed you, OTHERWISE, you, borisko, would've probably lightened that SV-98 guy up with your Tavor MTAR on full-auto mode, as I would've done!
